At Rescue Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our Concierge Team via email or through your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day eligibility window.

    Prepare Your Package

    Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging including all protective seals to ensure the product remains in sellable condition during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship to the Spa

    Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Philadelphia or New York fulfillment center.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our estheticians verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
